Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchange (if applicable):

We only offer exchanges for the following conditions:

  1. The product received is defective or damaged; or
  2. Wrong product received in the order.

To apply for a exchange kindly contact our admin at 018-3833 911 and send us the following details:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Image of defective, damaged or wrong product received

Our admin will notify you whether your product can be exchanged/ replaced. 

We will arrange for site visit to inspect the defective or damaged products and send back to our store for repair/ exchange. We will arrange to deliver the correct product to your site to exchange with the wrong product received within a certain amount of days.
